What this is

A Telegram bot for personal/family finance tracking: recognizes expenses and income from text, receipt photos, and voice via AI (Google Gemini) and stores them.

AI-recognition limitations

Category, amount, and currency are detected automatically and sometimes get it wrong (blurry photo, unusual receipt, uncommon phrasing). Check important numbers periodically via /last or /dashboard — the bot helps you track your finances, it doesn't replace verifying them yourself.

Not financial advice

/analyze and any advice from the bot is an automated breakdown of your own numbers, not professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Money decisions are yours to make, at your own risk.

Service availability

The bot is currently in testing, provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or 100% data durability. Regular backups exist (see /privacy), but don't rely on the bot as your only record of important financial data.

Your responsibilities

Don't use the bot for anything illegal. In a group chat, every transaction is visible to all group members — only add the bot to chats where you're comfortable sharing that data with everyone in them. By submitting someone else's receipts or financial details, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

Payment (once available)

Paid plans will be billed via Telegram Stars. Full refund on request via /paysupport within 48 hours of the charge, no questions asked. No refund for the already-paid period after that, but you can cancel anytime — access continues until the paid period ends. Prices are set in Telegram Stars — the USD equivalent can change based on the exchange rate Telegram sets, and we don't control or guarantee a fixed dollar value. We're also not liable for failures or disruptions in Telegram's own payment processing or refund system (including refundStarPayment).

Ending access

You can stop using the bot anytime by removing it from the chat. We may restrict access in cases of abuse (spam, attempted exploitation, etc.).

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the bot is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI recognition, or that the service will meet your needs.

Liability

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from using or being unable to use the bot, or from financial decisions made based on its data or analysis.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the lesser of: the total amount you paid us via Telegram Stars in the 6 months before the claim, or $50 USD. This cap doesn't apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

International use

This service is primarily intended for users in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with your local laws.

Mandatory arbitration, batch claims & class action waiver

Please read this carefully — it requires binding individual arbitration for disputes and removes your right to sue in court or join a class action.

• Governing law: State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Before filing any claim, send an informal dispute notice via /paysupport; if we ask, you agree to a good-faith individual video call to try to resolve it within 30 days.
• If still unresolved, disputes are decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Williamson County, Texas, or virtually.
• Mass/batch filings: if 25 or more similar claims are filed against us by the same counsel or a coordinated group, they're processed in batches of up to 25 at a time; fees for the remaining claims are paused until the first batch is resolved.
• Class action waiver: all claims must be brought individually — not as a plaintiff or member of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
• Right to opt out of arbitration: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement and the class action waiver by sending written notice to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your first acceptance of these Terms, including your Telegram User ID and a clear statement of your intent to opt out. If you opt out, neither you nor the Operator will be required to arbitrate disputes between you, but all other provisions of these Terms, including the Liability section above, remain in full force.
• Severability of arbitration provisions: if any portion of this section is found unenforceable, that portion is severed and the rest of the section remains in force, provided the class action waiver may not be severed from the obligation to arbitrate. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — proceeds in a court of competent jurisdiction individually, not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Severability, force majeure & assignment

• Severability: if any other provision of these Terms (other than as addressed in the arbitration section above) is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms remain in full force.
• Force majeure: the Operator isn't liable for any failure or delay caused by things beyond our reasonable control — acts of God, internet/telecom outages, third-party API or infrastructure outages (Google Gemini, Google Cloud, Telegram included), or government action.
• Assignment: the Operator may assign or transfer these Terms and the underlying business, in whole or in part (including in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), without notice to or consent from you. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

License grant & intellectual property

• You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bot for personal, non-commercial budgeting — subject to following these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or build derivative works from the bot's underlying software, prompts, or extraction logic, or interact with it through automated/bulk means beyond ordinary use via the Telegram client.
• You keep all rights to the raw transaction data, receipts, and content you submit ("your content"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it only as needed to run the Service, including sending it to the third-party subprocessors named in /privacy.
